"Awful shopping experience"
What a dreadful experience! The seller just cancels your order outta nowhere. You won't hear from them unless you make the effort to contact them. I gave them a shot for the first time, but I won't be back.

"Steer clear of Parade World, they're scammers"
This was the worst time I've ever had buying trainers. I ordered a pair of NB Jamie Foys, and while the box showed up, the shoes were missing! I reached out to them for help, but they just said there’s nothing they could do. Seriously, avoid this marketplace like the plague; they’re just terrible.

"Ordered some Birkenstocks and..."
I got a pair of Birkenstocks but they sent me the wrong size. I've reached out to customer service twice but haven't heard back. On the bright side, the item arrived fast and was nicely packaged. It's a bummer about the mix-up with my order.

"Terrible experience, service was lacking"
I ordered a pair of cycling bibs (already way too pricey compared to the usual RRP) and they were sent from the UK. The item got to Ireland pretty fast, but then I got hit with a surprise from the courier. I had to cough up 50% of the customs fees on top of what I already paid if I wanted to get my item released... which I did. It was a really frustrating experience; the site ought to let all customers outside the UK know about these hefty fees before delivery.

"Terrible experience with customer support"
The customer service was really poor. They sent me the wrong t-shirt, not even a long sleeve one, just totally different. I requested a full refund before returning it, and now they’re finally shipping out the correct t-shirt days after I placed my order.

"I got some Converse from..."
I purchased a pair of Converse from Paradeworld, and let me tell ya, those shoes were hard to find, even on the official Converse site. Initially, I was a tad suspicious because of that, but my order arrived in just 2 days. The shoes had a little dirt on them, but they still looked pretty good overall. I'd definitely suggest checking out this site.

"Lack of Communication"
They don’t keep you in the loop about when your order is on its way. I ended up missing the delivery (totally my bad) but had no clue it was their package and that they had really sent me something.

"Customer support, finally sorted it out"
I attempted to swap a pair of shoes that were too tight, which I got for Christmas, but was initially told it wasn't possible.
The courier messed up the shoe box, so I had to send it back in the original packaging.
Fortunately, with some patience and a bit of back-and-forth, I managed to return my item using the box from the new shoes I ordered.
In the end, I really appreciated the flexibility they provided.

I reached out to customer support about getting a refund from one of their vendors. They were super nice and quick. The refund got sorted out in just half an hour. Amazing!

"Everything Arrived Quickly and in Excellent Condition"
Everything arrived quickly and in excellent condition! The only thing that was absent was the palace sticker they usually include with each board. The shrink wrap was ripped where the sticker is usually placed.
